For the first time I got myself a Paper Mate pen. Mainly because my good friend Douglas Radburn decided to pick one up at Tesco, and I thought it felt rather smooth to write with.
I went for the Paper Mate Flexgrip Elite in a retractable form. I don’t think the design is nearly as fancy as some of my other pens, but as a quick and easy ball point it’s very nice. I’ve been using it in the office to write on post-it notes and while the ink is not always completely consistent, it doesn’t matter because the writing is always super smooth. No scratches here.
The worry is that this purchase has now opened up a new world of pen addiction which I will have to keep my eye on. Hopefully I wont get too addicted.
